My journey into the world of photography began in 2004 with an old 35mm Konica Minolta camera. Determined to hone my skills, I enrolled in art school, eager to immerse myself in the nuances of photography and darkroom techniques. A pivotal moment came in 2005 when I discovered the Hasselblad and acquired the 500c/m medium format camera, which deepened my passion.
As a photographer, I relish taking my time and working primarily with natural light. This approach lends a certain magic to black-and-white photography that color simply cannot match. The raw, unembellished beauty and the subtle emotions captured without the distraction of color are unparalleled.
Over the years, I experimented with various cameras to find the ones that best suited my style. Now, my equipment is finely tuned: I use a Nikon d750 for food photography, which captures the vibrant details and textures perfectly. For architecture and landscape photography, my Hasselblad 500c/m remains my trusted companion, allowing me to capture the grandeur and serenity of these subjects in ways no other camera can.
Photography, for me, is more than just a hobby or profession—it's a way to connect with the world and convey stories through images. Each photograph is a testament to my journey, filled with the learning and growth that continues to fuel my passion.
