Dance Up

“Among these moments, one stood out – a raw and spontaneous expression of my experience.”

In the late spring of 2005, I embarked on a journey to Greece to visit a close friend, immersing myself in the vibrant energy of Athens. Nestled in the heart of the city, I found solace and inspiration in her dance studio, where I dedicated countless hours to sketching and capturing moments through my lens.

With a desire to refine my photography skills, Athens then became my canvas, each street corner and alleyway offering new perspectives to explore and capture. Among these moments, one stood out – a raw and spontaneous expression of my experience.

With a canvas stretched before me, I embraced the challenge, pouring my passion onto the surface with every stroke of oil paint. In just 30 to 40 minutes, a piece of me emerged from the depths of my soul.

Months later, this painting found its place in an exhibition in Sundsvall, Sweden, alongside the works of other local artists, marking a milestone in my artistic journey."
